General cargo vessel RMS Laar allided with eastern dam Nevskiy Gate in S-Petersburg Sea Port between 14:00 – 15:00 Moscow time on August 20 while moving from one berth to another with pilot on board. Vessel got a hole 10x30 centimeter in bow area above the waterline. Pilot didn’t report the accident to Traffic Control System.
