French chem tanker Guyenne disabled after fire



French chem tanker Guyenne suffered a fire in an engine room on August 15 2012, crew extinguished fire, which left tanker disabled some 15 miles east of Palamos, Girona, Mediterranean sea. Operator of the vessel hired a tug, Guyenne was towed to Marseille and on August 16 noon docked. Chemical tanker Guyenne IMO 9309148, dwt 11336, built 2006, flag France, manager ST MANAGEMENT SAAM, Belgium.
