Ammonia leak on LPG tanker Almarona, 4 injured



There was a ammonia leak on board of LPG tanker Almarona during the offloading operation at New Mangalore port, on July 31 or August 1, reported vesseltracker.com. Four persons, including two crew, have been injured during the supposedly leak. The authorities have detained the vessel for the investigation. LPG tanker Almarona IMO 9275426, dwt 17446, built 2004, flag Qatar, manager QATAR SHIPPING CO SPC.
