General cargo vessel BBS Sand allided with buoy 41 on Ems river on June 30 around 1700 LT, reported vesseltracker.com. Vessel anchored in the channel to clear off buoy, and then entered Emden with the assistance of the tug. Accident was caused by the blackout, second during several hours.
