Research vessel with Ru-US scientists detained by Russian Border Guard, no reason given

Local Kamchatka media said in today’s news, that Russian Border Guard detained research vessel Georg Steller with Russian-US scientists on board, researching behaviour and population of Kuril Islands sea-mammals. Vessel with three military on board now on the way to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, scientists searched, all data including DVD and notebooks confiscated, Border Guard Command didn’t yet explain detention or comment news.
