400 kilo of cocaine found on Italian CALA PALMA



Colombian Navy and Police on Apr 20 issued a statement, saying that they found 400 kilo of cocaine in one of containers on board of Italian boxship CALA PALMA. Vessel called Turbo, Colombia, on Apr 18. In the evening LT Apr 20 CALA PALMA left Turbo, next port of call Río Haina in the Dominican Republic. Understood there were no charges brought against, or suspicions raised, of crew/vessel involvement.
