Cruise ship MSC MAGNIFICA in the evening Apr 18 collided with breakwater at Civitavecchia, while leaving the port. Vessel had to return to port, understood sustained damages. According to unconfirmed information, passengers were taken to local hotels, reason unknown. As of 0500 UTC Apr 19, vessel was in the same position, docked at Civitavecchia. Tidal wave said to be the cause of collision.
