SOS! 14 crew are desperate, need supplies and legal assistance.

General cargo vessel PAN PROSPERITY is stuck in Guanta Port, Venezuela, since Jan 2017, and yesterday, her Captain was officially informed, that vessels management company, Panomar Shipmanagement, abandoned vessel and crew, effective Feb 28, letter is given below. 14 crew, including Captain, are all of Ukrainian nationality. Theyre running out of supplies, water and just any minimal stuff, required for survival. They absolutely dont know, what to do in this situation, and where to find any help, from humanitarian to legal.
They contacted ITF, but ITF brushed them off, on the pretext of not having inspector in Venezuela. When translated from ITF language, it means, that ITF just signed the case off as too bothersome, with no visible profit in sight, but a lot of trouble instead.
There must be some humanitarian organizations in there, maybe Apostles of The Seas, or Red Cross, whatever. Please advise contacts, ASAP, to vmd@odin.tc or +66 895 010574. Anyone, any lawyer or organization dealing with abandoned by owner ships, are also welcome, contact me via email and phone given above, and Ill provide a direct contact.
